「The property is a great place to stay as a family and the interior of the unit is awesome. Only issue I found was the shower was clogged and it has been like that for the whole stay although notified. The interior materials were high quality with a great view of the city. The bedding could have been cleaned but they rectified as soon as noticed. The caveat of this building is the parking. If you are driving reconsider just based on my experience. 」

「I needed a private apartment in Colombo for a week, in Thimbirigasyaya, near SSC, Colpetty, Bambalapitiya and Wellawatte. It comes furnished and has a separate garage for parking a reasonably sized car. It is large and airy, with plenty of light, curtains, and has several overhead fans in addition to very good A/C and Wi-Fi throughout. Cathedral ceilings provide plenty of air circulation. "Beautiful hotel, very centrally located and right next to the ocean.
Our room was nice and spacious and clean.
Staff and management were very nice and helpful all around.
Eg 1: I had hurt my ankle the previous day, and over our 2 day stay, they assisted my wife in getting ice for my leg.
Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us).
The breakfast and dinner buffet had great food, and the performer at the dinner buffet also played our song requests!
Great place overall, would definitely recommend. "

"This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel, I basically like this hotel because I feel it new, model, clean. I recommend to all my colleague who need to go to Sri Lanka.
However, this time, I feel a bit disappointed, the room wasn’t really clean,
- first day when I check-in, I find there have a bottle of water had been drunk half.
- I feel the carpet had something to bite
- sometime, the room service did not throw the rubbish even it was full
- room service will laid part of the quilt on the carpet
It make me a bit disappointed."
