“The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.”

“This is a trendy hotel located in the heart of downtown. The facilities are clean, rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. Note, there is no onsite parking so you need to use valet or self park in a garage just a short distance away.”

“The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the ladies working the front desk. Our room could have been cleaned better. We found a pair of prescription glasses in the corner on the floor, and a disposable coffee cup sleeve in the corner where the lounge chair was located. There was also a lot of dust under the rolling desk area. The walls in the shower need to be replaced due to water damage. We enjoyed the pool area, which was clean and stocked with pool towels. The bathroom in the pool……

“The rooms are highly sprayed with disinfectant spray. I could hardly breathe when i opened the door. Needless to say we left and did not stay the night because even our clothes smelled like it. Discusting experience. Parking was fine.”

“Rooms are not quiet and if you have loud neighbors on the sides or across the hall, you will hear everything. The doors are not sealed well enough and slam easily if not held to close. Sound insulation is non-existent. If you don’t mind that noise and you can sleep with it, the place is very clean and the staff is very nice. The location is good right off the freeway. The toilet handle, light switch cover and desk light were all broken or cracked. I would stay here again but ask for an end room……

“Everything was great except no coffee maker in room, I was also near a back entrance/exit so that was noisy at times. I don't recommend those rooms.The bed was great, room clean, liked staff, breakfast nice. I would stay again.”

“The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool had privacy from the road and surrounding businesses. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. Our room was well stocked with towels and toiletries. I would have preferred a real door on the bathroom but I understand it was for esthetics and served as……

“Dirty rooms with cockroaches, and clerk was no where to be found for 20 min. We left immediately when we opened the door and seen bugs.”
