「I liked the place. The remodel of the basement was very well done great view of the water. But be aware it is a long way down a steep stairway. Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. The owner was very nice and helpful. ...

「This property was convenient because it had a bed and a shower, and I left as soon as I could. Honestly it felt like a motel that people used to take someone for a one night stand.
Also, they wanted $20 in cash for what I don't know, and said I would get the $20 back at check out. I didn't have cash so I used my credit card for it. Not sure if that was ever reimbursed.
If you stay there, bring at least $20 in cash.」

「Beautiful view. These suites use to be open floor condos. So you get a full kitchen with fridge, freezer, ice machine with filtered water, oven, stove, microwave and all the cooking and dining utensils you need. So worth the price!」

「Listen to the “too good to be true” voice in your head.
As of this writing, I’m the second review, and in both cases, our reservations were cancelled without notice. I got a five word in-app text AFTER checkin time when I was already en route, no explanation, no apology.
Maybe the owner is struggling with their booking system across platforms, but either way, I won’t chance it again. The host was super rude and took no accountability when I expressed frustration.」
