「Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.」

「We had a great time on our trip. The hosts were very flexible and understanding. They have thought of everything you could possibly need on your trip that you may not have thought to bring. The property was clean, the landscape of the property and surrounding area was beautiful. We loved to watch the sunrise in the mornings from the back door. I cannot say enough good things about the property and it's hosts.」

「Warm, functional home with 3 bedrooms and plenty of outdoor entertainment space. Wood and everything else you would need to have a small fire and outdoor activities to escape from the busy life we see in MA. Very clean with a full kitchen as well! Our favorite was the welcoming decor for all walks of life. We had a varying age group but we all thought it was a perfect place. The only thing is the water does smell like sulfur (eggs). We have seen it before but if someone hasn’t it could be off...

「We came as a group of family and friends to observe the eclipse. We wanted plenty of space and proximity to other things to do, like hiking and the winery. This fit the bill and was quite affordable too. In addition to enjoying the property, we drove to Letchworth State Park, which’s was only 45 mins away abs very worthwhile. We loved the (steep) hike down to hemlock lake, and the short walk to Oh-Neh-Da Winery too. It was a great home base for our long weekend.」

Internet is extremely fast and the water was fine once it had been run a little while (as the host mentions). Be aware that the second queen is not in a bedroom - no door/privacy from downstairs and is walk-through to the main bedroom. Kitchen is also not stocked for any meaningful cooking.」
