“This house was exactly what we were looking for, for our little winter break getaway. The owners were very responsive and tentative with any questions I had. The hot tub and fireplace was a big hit for all of us and the basement was perfect for our three boys who love to play games! We were certainly sad to leave!”

Perfect for the seven of us who went (kids included)!! The bedrooms are gorgeous, as is the fireplace. One of the main selling points for us was that it had its own outside hot tub!! Loved it! Perfect way to unwind. The owner was very responsive as well. We would definitely go back!!”

“I can't say enough great things about our stay here. First, Leah the property owner was so accommodating and quick to respond to anything we asked. All 3 houses plus the clubhouse was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The clubhouse was a hit. There was all kind of games to play for all ages. The pool was amazing. “This estate provided a wonderful experience for our annual Family Reunion (four generations). The lodging was spacious, comfortable, and flowing. The back deck, off the main house, was the popular gathering spot. And the oversized kitchen and great-room in the entertainment house was fantastic for our dinners and post dinner gatherings. Lastly, the property manager (Walter) was great to engage with; very friendly, available, and responsive.”

“This was everything we wanted our vacation to be. The cabin was amazing and literally in the middle of the forrest. We were close to both Narrowsburg and Callicoon, so shopping and eating out were options, but it was nice to just stay at the cabin and use the kitchen, grill, and fire pit. We especially enjoyed booking our devices up to the Bluetooth speakers and listening to music while we relaxed in nature. Chris was always a message away if we had any questions about the cabin. “Pictures don't do this property justice. It's simply beautiful and such a serene setting. It was perfect for our group of 6. Even though the weather didn't cooperate for fishing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Travelers just beware, if you're arriving at nighttime and using GPS, Waze took us to a spot across the river. Once we switched to Google Maps, it brought us to the gravel road and the turnoffs which were very accurately described in final confirmation email. Thank you for a lovely……

“Need a place to stay while my daughter and I attended a camp nearby. the location was convenient to town and there were perks to the apartment including a pool, it was rather dirty. Lots of insects (not because it was in the mountains but because of caretaking). It was rather dirty, enough that my kids commented on that. It also had some rather easy repairs that were needed yet left undone. The apartment smelled of weed in certain areas which was a turnoff.”

“We had an amazing weekend. The house is a bit outdated, but we were there to be outside. There is another rental connected to the A-frame. The walls are very thin, but we didn't mind at all. (We're used to the loud city). They have their own fire pit and outdoor section in the back yard. The A-Frame has the huge fire pit and seating area in the front.There's anything you need within a 10 min drive(groceries, alcohol, restaurants, etc.) Main St was super cute,we strolled around to look at the……
