Paid for trip in advance but upon arrival from australia i was turned away at the door the place was like a ghost town the lady said that they werent accepting payment from overseas people tried to explain that i had already paid but conversation was getting nowhere

I want my money back

Paid well over the odds for this disaster of an hotel .taxi driver dropped me off and the girl at reception took my booking details and said you can't stay here we have no water and that was that . Try getting in touch with Expedia from the solomons. Very unhappy and will be getting in touch with exspedia when I get home

Not a hotel

I booked for 3 nights but I only stayed 1. This place is not a hotel, it is a guest house. It is very dated and old and my room had no water. The description and rating of this place is not very accurate.

Not as expected

The hotel is not in good condition even allowing for the location being in a developing country. The Hotel is 1.5 Star and not 3 Star as indicated.

Description inaccurate

No internet, no one had breakfast and ran for bread and milk when i mentioned continental breakfast and no $5 shuttle. its a wood built tin roof shack in a ghetto with broken down cars and mud road ....but the people there were very warm and friendly. Spent 2 dys after left with fire ants still coming out of my jacket. Beds hard as iro and heets musty and smell bad.

Very disappointed.

When I arrived at this hotel I was absolutely shocked at how bad it was. It was like a 1-2 Star at best. It was so bad that I went down the road and stayed at another hotel.

あり得ない金額。

市街地から遠いのは仕方ない。夜中に断水してたのもソロモン諸島なら仕方ない。エアコンが凄くうるさかったが、涼しくはなったから許そう。でも、冷蔵庫には1.5リットルのペットボトルに水が半分入っていた。コーヒーカップとインスタントコーヒー・ティーバック・シュガー・クリーミングパウダーは置いて有るけど湯を沸かすものが無い。二階なのに何だかカーペットがジメッとしている。1階は改装中なんだか廃墟なんだかとても使用できない状態なのが丸見え。空港に行くから７時に出たいと言ったら 6時30分にレストランに来るように言われたが、行ったら"Evrybody forget"だったそうで、6時55分まで待った。無線インターネット(無料)と書いてあるのに、50ソロモンドルと言われた。予約した時エクスぺディアに無料と書いてあった。と、言っても有料と言われた。お金を持っていないのか？と、聞かれたので、明朝のタクシー代だと言ったら、空港までタダで送って行ってくれると言われたので仕方なくインターネットカードを買った。利用者の評価が2だったのに、まさかここまでとは思わなかった。 2000円台なら仕方ない。と思うが、10000円以上なんてあり得ない。
