The property was clean and well maintained, the housekeeping were super great. Souvenir Shops on site has great merchandise with friendly staff. Location was very convenient for shopping and food at the mall since Starbucks on site closes early and the 410 cafe only serves breakfast buffet and closes early. The park and walking path going to the beach had a lot of homeless camped out.

Great location right next to Ala Moana center (use second floor parking at the center to walk straight across the skybridge to the hotel) and walkable to Magic Island beach. Rooms weren’t spacious but they were clean with comfy beds. Onsite restaurants were solid and staff overall were awesome. Things get busy over the weekend, expect a crowded lobby and lots of stops on elevators.

I love the lei wall in our room! Customer service was great. Housekeeper Lourdes was so sweet. The room was also so clean and fresh when we got back to it in the evening. I love that we were close to shops and even had a nice breakfast buffet and Starbucks in the hotel. Thank you Ala Moana Hotel!
