Amazing
We loved every bit of it, we were barely in the room because we were so busy doing whatever our Birthday boy wanted to do! Last day before we checked out, we got to actually spend time before we left the facility! Would book here again! Loved that it was right next to the zoo, we got ti walk across the street after eating breakfast at denny’s. It was all top tier for us! Our first time as a family to travel & celebrate our boy! Didnt really need to talk to Mark during our stay because everything was perfect, but before we even flew in, he was very good at communicating!

Perfect location
This small but cozy apartment was perfect. we had spent a week in a hotel and wanted to extend out stay. this location is absolutley perfect, The park is adjacent to the property, the zoo across the street. The pier, a n area in the ocea that is a safe place to allow children to swim without fear of getting too far out. The area has an elevator that make it easy to access the floors, a laundry in the basement, and a sun deck on the roof that has the most beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Thank you for an afordable safe place to spend our additional week in Wakiki.

Excellent location & price
This was a good stay. Loved the location, the price and the size was reasonable. Only reason it wasn’t an excellent stay was the blinds in the room don’t block the beaming lights from outside. It was pretty bright at night while trying to sleep. Switch out those terrible worthless blinds and it’s five stars all around. The accordion door to the bathroom was a pain too. Make sure you go up to the 10th floor patio, beautiful views of Diamond Head and the beach.

To make it short: location great apartment shabby and super small. No view, blinds broken and light of hallway shines in all night. Kitchen way too small no real stove cutlery and pots dirty. Smelled like marihuana in the apartment. But could also come from the neighbors. We moved after 2 nights to Aston Banyan which we liked a lot more. Same price.

It is a studio. This property lists all units as suites regardless of size. There is nowhere to eat, the 1 bench stool is very rickety and unsafe. There are slats missing from the window which make the room very bright at night. The door to the bathroom is a broken concertina which does not stay on the tracks. The best thing is the location. 5 stars location, 2 star accommodation.

Dumpy unit in a great location.
The location of the place is stellar. The beach and zoo are across the street. You’re right on one end of the Waikiki strip so it’s super convenient. The unit itself was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. It was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. There were urine splatters in the bathroom and food splatters in the kitchen. Gross. The bed frame was missing slats so the bed sagged terribly. The window curtains were missing slats so the room was lit all night. The welcome book said to ask if you wanted beach chairs or toilet paper. We asked and those things were not provided. The bathroom door is completely broken so there is no privacy in the bathroom. This unit was like staying in a run down hostel when I was young. The photos were misleading. We complained and after a day were told we could be moved to a different and better property (which we had already booked for week two). We declined because we wanted the central location. We were told the items could not be fixed immediately which made no sense to me as They were not hard items to fix. We received a discount which was not large enough and requested the cleaning fee to be returned since the unit was dirty - we even had to rewash the dishes. We did not get that refunded. I didn’t feel the property manager cared much about making things right. If they fixed all the items listed (plus the hole in the bathroom wall) then the unit would be totally adequate. It’s a basic studio not a luxury place and that’s fine. But I expect even a basic unit to be clean with working doors and bed and window coverings. The building itself is nice, pool nice, gay bar/restaurant on second floor is nice. Building staff nice. Parking available for a few which was convenient.

Had a great stay. The suite was comfortable and had everything that I needed for my time and the location was very convenient for everything. A couple of vertical blinds were missing which let the building lights shine in but I hung a towel up to cover the gap. Would definitely stay here again

Affordable Place. Great Location!
My partner and I stayed here for a week. We wanted a place close to the beach that had enough of a kitchen that we could make some meals in our room. This condo was exactly what we needed. Very close to the beach, and the tiny kitchen is quite functional. There's a different sofa than what's shown in the photos which is a nice upgrade. Also, the manager is great about quick responses if you need anything. The bed wasn't super comfy, but it was OK. It's not a fancy place, but it's clean and safe and super convenient which is all we needed. I'll add that the hotel won't let you borrow beach chairs or other beach equipment since this is a private rental, but there are plenty of affordable options if you want something like that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

Old and gross
Room was an INSIDE corner. Horrible place to put a room. Broken blinds meant that everyone could see inside when they walked by. Bed was sunken in. Room was very dated and dirty. Weird dirt on the ceiling. Walls were gross. Bathroom was gross. Would not recommend. Tried to switch rooms but management wasn’t there in the mornings. Left early! This room sucked.

The location is very close to the beach and across from the zoo. There is free parking on the back side of the zoo. The unit worked out nice for us.

Que se cayo una de las cortinas de plástico vertical y tuve que repararla yo. La cama deben de cambiarla por una base que se sienta segura y no sea armada con varillas ya que se mueve toda y se siente que se va a desarmar y en la parte de enmedio se sume y se unde la persona, ya que no tiene un cajon que soporte el colchon. Para poder tener acceso en ambos lados de la cama tuvimos que meter la base de la lampara o buro, dentro de lo que es el closet.

Great Location for the Minimal Traveler
We met with the property manager in the lobby of the building after the listed check in time. He was very thorough in recommending places to eat, activities, places to park our rental car, etc... The shower drain was draining very slowly on our first night, but we called the property manager the next day, and the drain was fixed by the time we returned to our room. It's not a large space, but great for a couple on a budget trip. It's at Honolulu Zoo end of the Waikiki strip, so most of the action is walkable. It is steps away from the beach. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Not what is advertised.
The condo is on the outskirts of Waikiki directly across from the Honolulu Zoo. There is NO PARKING with this condo. You have to find and pay for parking. The condo desk reseptionist was very rude and difficult to talk to. The condo itself was out dated, but had everything you need for a couple of days.

All was better than expected. One area that was subpar was the futon bed. It was almost unbearable as a sleeping surface. Good thing we wore ourselves out on the beach. The location was perfect, the building and front desk staff, awesome. Easy check in process. They even provided mask and snorkel. I would rent this unit again. But...I'd sleep on the bed and not the futon. :). I would advise the owner to invest in a new futon. Thanks. Aloha!! OH we then went to the Holiday Inn Express due to work. This unit had more room than my room at Holiday Inn and a much better location.

Close to Beach, restaurants and bus routes.
Couldn't ask for a better stay, perfect for a couple for one week. Fast friendly check in with Home Stay management. Fast check out. Laundry, pool, walking to anything you want, quick access to shopping, eating, the beach and bus routes. A nice retreat from long days exploring the island.

Nice affordable place to stay
This is an older but well maintained condo. It had all the little amenities. Everything was clean and in good working order. I'm not a late night person any more but I didn't have any problem being able to sleep at night despite the zoo across the street and the night club on the second floor. This building was in a good location for getting out of Honolulu and for accessing the better beaches. I had no problem with parking across the street. I would not have a problem staying here again.

Nice corner unit larger than most
Unit 500 has everything you will need to enjoy a great stay 1/2 block from beach. Cold A/C, comfy queen bed, with a futon that opens up to accommodate a 3rd guest. Condo is roomy for 3 people with all the kitchen essentials you will need to enjoy your stay and not feel cramped at all. Not to mention super quiet at night! I have stayed at Waikiki Grand several times and will be returning in August. Love the island and the Waikiki Grand. A choice, you will not be disappointed!!! Mahalo! Dana Soday, Louisiana

Perfect location, great value.
The apartment is exactly as advertised. A clean comfortable place to crash at the end of the fun and busy day. It's in a perfect location close to everything we wanted, including parking across the street at the zoo. Really enjoyed the rooftop terrace at the top of the building as well. Fabulous views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach from the there. The rental management people were super responsive to my requests and questions.

Great location, safe, clean
My sons an I had an awesome time. It was not fancy but for the money an location it was awesome! It was so Close the pier where my sons enjoyed tons of body surfing! Starbucks an other restaurants right near by as well as a Walgreens like store. My sons an I are two meals in an one out. It was perfect for us. The 10 floor has a beautiful view. I went up there daily sat in shade An enjoyed the breeze an a good book. So close to everything!

Closed In!!
Even though the location was great and the front desk was friendly, you couldn't open the drapes as you had no privacy!! If you didn't mind everyone looking in your room, the view you had was terrible. I'll look elsewhere on our next visit.

A comfy, clean apartment at such a great location
My partner and I stayed here for 8 days in September, and I'm pretty happy we did. It was very clean and tidy when we arrived, and Rob (Property manager) was very friendly and welcoming. As this apartment doesn't have a fully stocked kitchen (no oven, jug, or toaster) it's a good thing we didn't stay our entire trip, unless we were ok with eating out every day for three weeks, which we were not. But this apartment is definitely perfect for shorter stays, and the location is perfect. I also suggest checking out Teddy's bigger burgers, which is located just down stairs, the burgers were probably the best i tried on the Island! The air con unit was a tad bit loud, and thanks to the dripping of the above air con straight onto ours, it become even louder at times. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay :)

Awesome beach and activity location!!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The location is perfect for going to the beach and it's across the street from the zoo. We were able to locate free parking only about a block away for our whole time. The best part of the rental was the location and that you can find inexpensive food nearby as well as fine dining. Having a good size fridge was very helpful and we could cook meals in home saved us a lot of money. We highly recommend this rental for those wanting to visit Hawaii and experience the beautiful beaches. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much.
