Fall in love with this beautifully remodeled studio located near the Ala Wai Yacht Harbor! With city/mountain views, this 427-sqft condo (plus 28-sqft lanai) is centrally air-conditioned, fully-furnished, and has stylish, contemporary features!

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Due to emergency building exterior spalling repairs, unit lanai will be closed from 11/3–12/17/2025 and 8/10–9/4/2026, and please expect some construction noise during daytime hours through October 2026 (exact dates subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances).

Although there is NO pool onsite, it's just a quick stroll to Duke Kahanamoku Beach and Lagoon, consistently rated as one of the Top 10 Beaches in America by Dr. Beach. Chart House Waikiki, Harbor Pub & Pizza, and Red Lobster restaurants are located on-premises, and an ABC Store convenience store and McDonald's are just across the street. Discovery Bay Shopping Center, Waikiki Beach Walk, and Ala Moana Center, with their hundreds of dining and shopping options, are also just a short walk away!

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to a $500 fine, plus actual costs for odor removal or if anything needs replacement due to tar, ashes, or burns.

Excellent Stay!

A pleasant experience! Room was super clean and stocked with everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Close to the Ala Moana Center. Restaurants near by. The place was perfect and we would stay here again. The only negative feedback was there was some construction in the rooms around us so during the weekday there are loud noises.
