This deluxe studio is in the Royal Kuhio building. We manage 39 units and are offering a rare experience opportunity to stay in one of our units. Each unit has a full kitchen, including a box of chocolate macadamia nuts and 4 bottles of water to WELCOME you to our property. You will be in one of our units. We have carpeted units and wood floors.
Please provide your preference and we will do everything to accommodate your request. Do you prefer to face Diamond Head, the Ali Wai, the fireworks or Ocean?
The Ocean View units are on Kuhio Avenue and are the loudest from the street noise. You will also have one complimentary parking spot.

This deluxe studio sleeps 4. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Sleeping area can be closed off with patrician doors. Bed is a queen. Amble closet space, safe, vanity, private toilet and shower. Both bed and living room share the TV, but the lanai overlooks the city, so you will have a spectacular view.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything; refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots and pans plus utensils. There is even a dining table for 4.
This unit is inside the Royal Kuhio building within the Lifetime in Hawaii management. There's security and a key fob is required to access the elevators and parking garage. You will have one designated parking spot included at no additional charge, through secured gate entrance.
The unit is well maintained, professionally cleaned prior to your stay and afterwards. You will receive two fresh towel exchanges through your stay. Just place your dirty towels in the laundry basket included, and your towels will be exchange for fresh towels.
The Royal Kuhio building is centrally located on Kuhio Avenue. The bus stops at the corner. You are walking distance to everything and everywhere in Waikiki. You are a short two block walk from world famous Waikiki Beach, plus a quick walk to many, many restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment. A car is recommended to see the sights on the island but not needed if only hanging out in Waikiki.
