Great location

The perfect spot for a family vacation! Clean and more spacious than a hotel room and just a short walk to the beach. We were able to make good use of the facilities, making breakfast in the room, free parking and a good pool for our daughter to play in.

Roomy accommodation in a great location!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay in this nice condo only 1 block from Kuhio Beach and walking distance to the lively Waikiki beachfront. We made used of the provided beach chairs(2) and beach towels often. There's a view of the ocean from the balconey. Free garage parking is a plus!

We had a wonderful visit. I've never had a host that was so attentive. We appreciated the frequent communication/preparation leading up to our stay, and any questions were quickly responded to. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and functional

This property is about a block and a half from the beach and the Waikiki strip of hotels retail shops restaurants and much more. Clean & Beautiful property with balcony.

Much needed family vacay

The condo was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs. We loved having access to the pool and being so close to the beach. There are so many restaurants nearby and the coffee shop near the lobby was a nice addition. Our kids loved visiting Hawaii for the first time and are eager to return! Thank you.

Good Stay

The condo is a block from the beach and near the sights of Waikiki and is as described. Parking is included which is nice. The unit has the amenities you would need for your stay. The building has a pool and small playground. The building itself is a little old and sometimes the elevators can be slow though.

Great location - FREE PARKING

We stayed at the Waikiki Banyan - Tower 1 - Unit 710 in Oahu for a week. The condo was fully stocked with what we needed, and very clean. We could not hear any neighbor's or outside noise. The AC kept the unit cool, no issues. They did warn us that there was construction going on in the building, so elevators would be slow, so we parked near the stairwell on the highest level 5 of the garage, and just used the stairs most of the time. Communication was always prompt. This building is only a couple blocks from the beach, an easy 5min walk. Nearby Starbucks, and several restaurants. There's a lovely 3mi route near the park/river that you can walk or run in the morning. Great location, FREE parking, plenty of spots!

Do NOT stay here!

I was never told there is going to be extensive construction going on, started daily including Thanksgiving Day at 7:00AM!! Besides the insane noise, we had zero hot water. And waited for the elevator for almost 15 minutes each time we tried to use it!! The neighbor was playing music at 1:30AM so loud I was able to record his music on my iPhone!! The washers/dryers were out for the first five days!! I have four teen daughters and there was NO laundry facilities for 5 days! I rented two condos asked them to be in the same tower; when we arrived we were not in the same tower. First condo had a light airy beach theme. It had a dishwasher BUT unable to use it bc it smelled horrid!! The second condo was dark, and older. It did not have a dishwasher. Oh and all my girls play travel volleyball so of course I asked if they had a volleyball court. The reply was yes and it’s a nice court too. BUT they didn’t! And they did not leave any starter tablets for dishwasher. If your here for ten days do you really think we want to purchase an entire bag of tablets? I didn’t!! Hawaii is truly AMAZING! Gorgeous, and I’d love to come back again. I just wouldn’t rent from Waikiki Banyon. Not sure where the breakdown in communication was. The price was reasonable however; with all the noise, shaking, and construction going on It was not a quiet relaxing vacation.

Has a very good location near the beach with free parking. It is very convenient that the rooms are separated by a partition and the kitchen is very clean and equipped with everything necessary. There is a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The mattresses are very comfortable, only the beds and the sofa creak a little. We are staying in Banyan for the second time and in August my son and friends will also rest there. We plan to come back here in the future. 🌺

Cute condo in a great location

We enjoyed our stay very much! We didn't spend much time inside so this was the perfect place for us. The location was perfect to hop on the H-1 and explore the island. We enjoyed walking to fantastic restaurants for dinner all within a few block radius. We had everything we needed.

Waikiki Banyan 710-1

The unit was very clean and well located. The posted photos and description accurately reflected the furniture and equipment in the unit, which is bright, updated, and had all the basics needed for our stay. Unfortunately, the oven was unusable due to a broken door. While the property manager replied immediately and made a notable effort to resolve the issue, it was not repaired during our stay. As noted in other reviews, the elevators and common areas of the building are in need of upgrading. Overall, we would stay there again and would recommend this unit.

Decent With Problems

Overall any time you visit Hawaii its vreat to get a condo for all the benefits of ease to help make your trip better. Unfortunately, terribly hard beds, neighbors doing construction and hammering most of the morning and day, a water shut off, and finally washers and dryers removed for a few days messed up our schedule and cost us a few days. Its a great location and i have used various units in the building numerous times in the past but i prefer a property that warns its customers, so they can modify plans and not lose a day or two. Finally just a caution, 4 elevators are not enough for this giant building, plan on patience or using the stairs a lot!

July Waikiki Paradise

Unit inside is nice, elevators, hallway to rooms & laundry area need some updating work to them. Small ants inside cupboards & on counter by sink. We kept clorox wipes handy & cleaned up every speck of food immediately after meals.

Waikiki Trip

We stayed in Waikiki for a weekend stay and this property was only a short walk to beach area and restaurants. We even went to Honolulu zoo which was in walking distance. Listing was just as seen in pics and we enjoyed very much!

Love the place ❤️

The place is neat and tidy. The only problem is the floor was not wash properly because my feet was black after walking barefoot in the dining room and the bathroom. Also, the elevator has only 2 working, the week that we were there. I loved the keyless entry . On top of it, I will give this place 4.5 stars

Waikiki stay

The unit was clean and close to shopping centers , beaches and eateries. Fire works view from the suite was an extra bonus.
