When I arrived at the lobby, they had no record of my booking and asked me to call the property manager.
Weirdly, the people on the line didn't even know about this whole building or the address of it.
When I eventually got into my unit it was filthy.
Sand on the carpet, sand on the table and chairs, sand in the closet, hair on the floor, tables not wiped clean, hair on the shower walls etc...
Basically, it had not been vacuumed or cleaned. They had changed the sheets and towels which was a nice gesture.
Then when I called the property manager again about those, the person on the phone had no idea about the building or its address...
Finally, a nice guy came in with a proper vacuum and cleaning gear. Props to him!
Definitely not worth $200+ per night.
