BUILDING NOTICE: Temporary Pool/Jacuzzi Closure. Annual preventative maintenance, cleaning & repairs to the 6th floor Swimming pool, Jacuzzi & Pool Deck areas. Temporary starting date: Sunday, November 10th @ 9pm and upon completion, will re-open on Monday, November 18th @ 7am (weather permitting).

The Island Colony located at 445 Seaside Ave on the 34th Floor.

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.
