"Not sure what the disconnect between the resort and Expedia is however we were given a room of lesser value that we did not pay for. Had to jump through hoops and figure out rooming on the first day of my birthday trip and ended up having to pay extra for the upgrade in room. while management tried to help I was still disappointed as this was my first time visiting Hawaii. Rooming should be made clear when booking through third party and should reflect exactly what is on the resorts websites. would not use expedia again and just will book my resort and flight on my own"

"I loved the staff, location, parking was a thumbs down for me. You have to pay for amenities and parking separately. Which 40.00 a day for amenities and 45.00 a day for parking. There is so much to do in the area so we did lots of walking and didn’t use our car but twice. IHOP is downstairs and McDonald’s is on the next corner. If you are looking for good food leave the city and go into the common area cheaper food and better quality."
