• RUBBISH: If you want to empty the trash, a large trash container is on
the basement level. There is no trash chute.
Rubbish No trash bags left in hallway.
• NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in the building including
parking decks, and is only allowed 20’ feet from any entrance or
window per City & County Regulations.
• Drones are not permitted on the property or within 100 feet of the
building
⚖Be aware of the State of Hawaii regulations.
• Please use beach showers and leave sand on the beach.
• Please keep all personal belongings within the unit so that they cannot be seen by others and no towels hanging off railings.
▫ If any personal belongings are left in the hallway, they will be held for 24 hours before being disposed.
• Glass or breakable items are not permitted around the pool or near balconies & lanais or anywhere that glass could land on the Pool deck
• Please conserve water and energy.
▫ We live on an island and ALL resources are precious.
• Vehicles are to be washed off the property.
• Drunken and/or disorderly conduct is prohibited anywhere on the
premises.
• Please observe our quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
