This hotel was perfect. Especially in the surrounding area in which where we stayed. Walking distance from shops and the beach. 1hr away from some of the excursions that we did. Only complaint for me was the bed wasn’t kind of hard but other than that, is perfect! ☺️

The staff of the hotel was friendly and helpful. I might even say they were the highlight of my visit. The hotel was comfortable and clean and everything worked. The location to restaurants and to the beach were fantastic. All of those good things said now to address the things that lower my satisfaction based on what I saw on Expedia with the pictures of the view and balcony they did not meet my expectations. I would not have considered the view to be a full ocean view, but a partial ocean view and the balcony had barely enough room to stand or sit based on the pictures. My expectations were higher.

The room was clean and well kept, obvious wear and tear but nothing major. My biggest issue was the beds. They were just so stiff and not really comfortable, it almost felt like sleeping on the floor. Staff were very kind and helpful throughout the stay, good location with plenty of restaurants/shops within walking distance.

Pros are its near shops and restaurants about as good as any in the city. cons would be, its just an average hotel room and if you have a rental car, you will have to pay $45 per night to park. $50 per night fee also. would be nice if that was just built in to the price so you don’t feel gouged. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Waikīkī Malia was amazing. I stayed there with my family of 4 and they were super accommodating. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The hotel is close to a lot of dining facilities as well as the beach. I would definitely recommend staying here.
