“This property was clean and spacious. It was the perfect distance from the city as well.”

“This rental property was everything we wanted and more. The views of the morning sunrise were amazing. This house had every little thing you would need. Everything was very clean and the towels were like clouds of softness. The kitchen is nicely stocked along with every other room. The bottle of champagne was a nice touch. There was plenty of wood for an outside fire but it was a little too cold for us this time of year so we skipped doing that this time. We definitely look forward to coming……

“This cottage was a perfect blessing to our family as we were in town for a 2-day sports event in Traverse City. It was more spacious than expected. Our family of 6 moved around with ease. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There were enough seats for everyone in our family to be comfortable in the living room and dining room. It is within driving distance to many sights and attractions. It's a perfect getaway for an extended weekend.”

“The place was very clean. It has all the amenities one could need. The beds were very comfortable, we slept like babies and later than we normally would. It was so quiet. We went out to the water and sat in the chairs watching the geese, the swans and listening to the bull frogs. So relaxing. The location was perfect, allowing for venturing out to many surrounding areas. We will definitely be back. Oh, and that round sculpture mentioned in the directions, it's beautiful!!! Be sure to sit inside……

“My wife and I just spent 5 days at Red Timbers. It was one of the nicest homes we've stayed in and excellently appointed and stocked. The location is 10 minutes from Traverse City but overall the location is perfect to explore all of Leelanau County; Suttons Bay, Leland, Glenn Arbor, Sleeping Bear sand dunes, and the Pearce Stocking drive. The master bed was incredibly comfortable to sleep on and that is something I am a real stickler about. We lived in Traverse City for over 20 years and know……

“We were new to the Interlochen area, as we normally stay farther north, but we loved the convenience of the location to other areas in NoMi. I highly recommend Interlochen State Park, especially if you're traveling with your pups. The home itself was well laid out and SO warm and cozy. We stayed over Christmas and often didn't even need the heater on, which was nice. “This was our 3rd time staying at the property and it was great as usual. We couldn’t ski due to the weather but had no problem finding things to do in the area. The house is large enough to fit several families and a huge bedroom downstairs for the adult kids to hang out. I must say it would be nice if the furnace was WiFi and the owners could bump up the heat prior to our arrival as it was only 58 degrees in the house but it did heat up fairly quickly and was not a big deal. “this place was perfect for what we needed. The back patio was really nice for winding down at the end of the day and relaxing. An already there dog crate is such a nice addition that makes packing easier and there were a lot of nice little touches that helped make our stay better. Would recommend to others”

The location is great, but there is serious construction in progress on Front Street. Neighbors upstairs were moving furniture and practicing walking in high heels in the evening and into the early morning. I slept through it but my teen could not. We had a great first visit to TC and this was a very convenient place for home base.”
