The king bed was incredibly comfortable. Along with the pillows, it was the best hotel bed I have ever slept in and I have slept in quite a few, including those in many Ritz Carlton and W hotels.
Our room was clean and kept refreshed every day by housekeeping. We had a suite w HC shower, etc. which proved very helpful with our recent back issues. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the room size was much appreciated for a multiple day stay.
We would highly recommend Hampton Inn at Hood River. It was a great location to base from for multiple days of scenic road trips.
Very nice place. The early morning breakfast was well stocked with cereals to waffles.
The only complaint I have is the fitness center. I used the fitness center during my stay and everyday the fitness center smelled like a bad locker room. If there was a fan or some type of ventilation it might alleviate this problem.
Wonderful stay every time. The breakfast and cookies are such a nice touch. I luck out and get a room with a view each time. One of my favorite places to stay!
I’m always impressed with the Hampton Inn hotel locations and Hood River was no exception. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the entire facility was in great condition and very clean, and the location was super easy to find and access.
The breakfast was delicious and I loved the size of the room. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed walking in the nearby path that included a bridge over the river. The beds, even the pull out sofa bed, were pretty comfortable.
The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were great. However, I picked this place over others due to the advertised Columbia River views and photos. We were willing to pay extra for that. We got a view of a couple of trees, partial small river and walking bridge and the freeway. Nice place but not as advertised.
