「The historic building is cool and has great character. The decor in the rooms looks like someone bought a bunch of fake cheap antiques on Temu and scattered them around.
The noise at night is terrible, the building is right across the street from a 24-hour active freight railroad. When you arrive, you're given a written note about how they don't issue refunds for noise. The property description should warn you about the noise before you book, it really is impossible to sleep.

「The room was clean but it was so tiny. You couldn’t even open a suitcase. Tiniest room I’ve ever seen. Too claustrophobic. We did not stay there and moved on. Very disappointed!!!!」
