“I wish I have chance to visit the hotel but I didn't due to booking mistake. The Hotels.com and hotel staff are helping me for the cancellation refund and I hope to have further progress since there is not much new so far.”

“Very friendly staff and very helpful. The rooms were lovely and clean, well-maintained and plenty of tea/coffee in the rooms! The food in the bar/restaurant was very good with plenty of choice. Breakfast was fine - could have done with more choice of pastries, vut the bacon roll was delicious!!”

“The hot tub was excellent and we used it earlier each day. Although we took most things with us there was a general store just a few yards away. There were two small issues which I brought to the attention of the host and they were dealt with immediately.”

“Rooms clean, gym had everything for a usual gym goer, food was really good, but pricy but you get what you pay for. Staff were polite, weren’t always present at the bar or on reception but when they were there they really friendly. Rooms weren’t very soundproof but didn’t matter too much. Jacuzzi was really nice. Overall, would reccomend and visit again. ”

“The swimming pool is out of order at the moment. was not notified of this when booking only a couple of days before I arrived. I was allocated room 56. Make sure you don’t get this room unless there is a heatwave. It was so cold that I had to ask to be moved during the night. The radiator does not appear to work in the room. I stayed for 3 nights, two of which had road closures outside the hotel . On the Sunday the road was closed from 7 am to 1 pm so could not leave unless you walked - and……
