「My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham – The Wynfrey Hotel last weekend. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The valet attendant greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond by helping roll our bags to the front desk, a small gesture that made a big difference.
