“Bed sunk in and uncomfortable. Smelled like pets and felt a little cheap.”

“Lady at the front desk was kind, and explained where to locate our room. After checking in, we drove around to where our room was located and found that the door to enter the building was surrounded by an ankle deep lake in the parking lot, that we had to tredge thru multiple times to carry our things in from the car. It was pretty disgusting. Our key cards worked on and off, sometimes locking us out of the building and our room. The room itself looked decently clean. The bathroom tub didn’t……

“The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay!”

“Traveled with my family. After we went to the room we did not stay because of the musty, smoky smell and condition of furniture in the room (stained black from use) and just inhospitable feeling. We knew we needed a place to comfortably rest after our travels and just didn't feel we could do it there. “When I first got to the property, I was unaware of a $50 miscellaneous fee that I was going to be charged that was not a part of my booking. Then I got booked into the wrong room after I was telling the lady that was checking me in that was not my room. She then told me that my room was paid for it was not so after she gave me the room key and I went to look at the room that she said was mine. I had to go back downstairs and let her know that that was not my room. Showed her the booking and she……

“Breakfast was good didn't change from day to day. Room was clean but bathroom door catch extremely dangerous. It cost me 10 stiches' in my hand. and was not addressed when reported.”

“The room was clean, they cleaned everyday. The staff was friendly. The property was clean. It was a nice stay. Really don't have any complaints. If I did it would be I wish they had better breakfast!”

“My room was clean, and the staff was professional and polite. I had access to both air conditioning, and it was working during some hours when it was hot. And overall, my stay was comfortable. If I come back to Tennessee, I would make my stay there again and recommend anyone who needs to plan for a budget stay.”
