“Hotel was closed for months. We were never notified. Called to find out increasing the number guest. Phone was answered by housekeeping who said the hotel wouldn’t be open until March. I guess Expedia was never notified by best western.”

“Terrific place to stay for the 50th reunion of Chestnut Hill Academy class of 1976. Convenient to shopping and school/City, etc.”

“Room 128 should be condemned. If my local board of health came here it would be shut down. $175 (incl tax) was a "sale". If the want to do the right thing, they will reimburse me. I arrived at 2;30 and had to sit out in my car until 3:00 because the young man at the desk said they don't do check in until 3:00. I came in at 3:00 and had to call on the emergency phone”
