We traveled here in December for my son’s wedding proposal and the Songwriters concert, and it was truly an unforgettable experience.From the moment we arrived, our hosts, Karen and Rob, made us feel completely at home. They were so welcoming, kind, and accommodating—and their sweet dog was an added bonus! You could tell they genuinely cared about making our stay perfect.The house was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. And if there was anything we didn’t have, Karen and Rob were right there to help—no questions asked.The location, the atmosphere, and the hospitality all came together to create such a special and meaningful trip for our family. We made memories here that we will cherish forever.We are so grateful for this experience and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing, welcoming, and truly special stay in Hope Town. "House was great, beach was perfect. Bar was great to have. Staff was prompt with sheets and towel refreshes. Pool was cleaned daily and nice, small for group of 8 to use. Only issue was for a week not having laundry was difficult. Regardless of laundry will come again. "

"This is our second time staying at the Clifford Sawyer house and we will be back! We added 6 more people this time (5 adults, 5 kids total) and it worked perfect for us. The kids loved the loft and pool and being next to the basketball courts was great for them. Will definitely be back soon!! "
