It’s close to Piccadilly station but not Piccadilly garden, thus not close to the city centre nor shopping / restaurants/ supermarkets. We stayed as a group at the property for a concert at co-op live it was a 20min walk away. We loved that there was a pool table, house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.
