“We had the accessible walk in shower room. It was great. Comfy bed, staff are very helpful. No convenient shops close by. Festival Park us eithin walking distance & The Quays next door.”

“This was our 3rd stay at the Orsett Hall Hotel we have never been disappointed. We booked a couples spa package, that included afternoon tea.massage, and then relaxing in the steam room jacuzzi and pool. Our suite was so nice clean spacious with a four poster bed. We will be coming back for a 4th visit. ”

“The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. The only thing we found that there was not any oven trays for cooking but there was an oven. Not a dealbreaker at all and we just used foil that was provided. Just a point for the future! “This is a beautiful hotel! It’s new and very clean and is in a prime location. You are literally right at the Romford train station on the Elizabeth Line. You can also walk outside and be walking distance to shops, restaurants and even a shopping center. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom mirror had the lights behind it and not above it so it was like putting my makeup on in the dark. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!”
