Accommodation description:
This spacious apartment on the first floor offers a cosy living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Three comfortable bedrooms ensure restful nights so you can start the day fresh. Enjoy your meals on the balcony overlooking the idyllic flower meadow or relax in the large garden in summer. The ski bus stop is only 300 metres away - ideal for your active holiday!
Nature lovers and those interested in culture will find a variety of activities for all ages in this small, picturesque village in the centre of the Kitzbühel Alps. Kelchsau is just a short distance from the SkiWelt Wilder-Kaiser Brixental, one of the largest and most popular ski areas in Austria. With over 280 kilometres of pistes and 90 lifts, it is a paradise for skiers and snowboarders. Kelchsau itself also offers a small practice area for beginners. Cross-country skiing, ski touring and snowshoeing in snow-covered forests are further highlights that you can experience here.
In spring, summer and autumn, Kelchsau offers a wealth of outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, paragliding and kayaking. The mountains and forests around the valley are a paradise for nature lovers and adventurers.
Kelchsau also offers a good selection of traditional restaurants, a grocery shop and numerous farm shops where you can buy regional products (bread, honey, milk, yoghurt, cheese, bacon, mountain herbal tea and much more) directly from the farmer.
All in all, Kelchsau is a beautiful place known for its natural beauty and the range of leisure activities on offer. The short distance to the SkiWelt Wilder-Kaiser Brixental makes it a perfect base for skiers and snowboarders.
