Blue Marlin is a charming cabana in the town of Hopkins. The cabana has all you need: a kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and toaster, perfect for preparing a light breakfast. You also have a porch with views of the shared pool and a grill by the shared saltwater pool.
The vacation rental is in a great location. In the quiet town of Hopkins, within walking distance from restaurants, cafes, stores, and of course, the beach! Spend your day relaxing at the beach, or book a tour if you want more adventure. Go snorkeling or scuba diving and enjoy the fantastic coral reef.

Needs a few upgrades
The accommodations weren’t bad, but it could use a bit of simple sprucing up. New towel hooks in the bathroom, tighten up the faucet at the kitchen sink, pint the outside of cabanas, etc.

Nice stay
Very clean and nice set up. We had issues with the microwave and no hot water while we were there and Vacasa was very responsive and gave us a total of 20% off our weekend stay. No hot water was a bummer but I think they tried pretty hard to work it out for us, it was just too last minute.
Also we recommend you don’t park across from the neighbors driveway. We got a dent in our side door we assume from someone coming out of their driveway.

Relaxing stay
Beautiful well maintained place in a quiet neighbourhood. Only 2 blocks from the beach. Very clean and with a well equipped kitchen.
The pool was also very nice and clean.
Jordy the manager was super friendly, helpful and arranged everything very quick.
I highly recommend Latitude Adjustment and can't wait to stay there again.
