Have fun with the whole family at this stylish newly built apartment. In the apartment - a bedroom, a TV-room that can be converted to a bedroom (with a convertible Sofa Bed), dining/working space, kitchen. Full bath.

The apartment is about a 2 miles from the Hopkinton marathon start line, and has access to a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance.

Boston Airport and Boston downtown are about 35 minutes drive (without traffic).

If you need, laundry is available on premises.

This is a cute place but is a finished basement apartment under someone's home. We could hear every step overhead and could especially hear the screaming child in the home to the point I almost knocked at the door that accesses the actual home, due to concern, but the adult female and child left. We also had to purchase our own washcloths to use because there were none provided. Host needs to update the listing to show its a FINISHED BASEMENT APARTMENT.

This properly was much bigger than we anticipated. Price was good for quality, easy drive to Gillette Stadium.

This listing was perfect for us. We had one adult and 3 teens (one bedroom and large living area with pull out sofa - there also room for a large air mattress if needed). The decor is top notch. We had a couple of issues with the electrical breakers but the hosts were very responsive in getting it fixed. We would stay here again.
