"I would not recommend staying here. Front desk personnel just going thru the motions. Not a smile in sight and poor hospitality skills.
Hotel manager non existent. Tried 4 times to talk to manager. Responses from front desk were, out sick, don’t know his schedule, he’s here somewhere, should be here.
Left my phone number twice with front asking for manager to call. No response over the 4 day stay.
Breakfast offerings on par with Motel 6. At 8:30am the only warm food was cheddar biscuits the size of half dollars. No thank you. Actually went and paid for breakfast due to poor breakfast at hotel. Gives you the feeling of being nickel and dime for hotel profit a quality and customer cost.
Staff at this location needs training in hospitality.
Does not meet Marriott standards, unless Marriott is lowering standards to chase profits.
