Hotel is in a good position to explore the city. The facilities are basic and the breakfast was presented as vegetarian. It meant basically coffee, orange, toast, croissant and a few extras. There is no bar but bars are nearby. It suited me as I just needed a base but don't expect too much

The Mandarin Savoy Hotel is exceptional. Perfectly located on the Bahnhofstrasse, opposite the famous Paradeplatz. The interior is well designed and the rooms are elegant and luxurious. I have stayed in many of the five-star hotels in Zurich over the years. This undoubtedly is the best.

"Location amazing. Price reasonable for lucerne if staying for 4 days since the fourth day was free. Housekeeping team absolutely amazing. Reception team were mostly great and helpful except for the gentleman who checked us in. Maybe he was tired. He also did not provide our lucer e city pass at check ..."
