“Air conditioning was very sub--par”

“Beautiful hotel with best location where a lot of restaurants around. Very helpful staff. We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. Very appreciate their help and will definitely come to stay with the same hotel when visiting the beautiful city of Haifa.”

“I was suprised to see a hostel that is not falling from a 4 star hotel. The area is nice , with place to walk seat nice gardens, all is clean and well maintained. Sleeping was amazing , its quiet and the mettress is very good , the room was modern and good looking and the plus that you can take rooms was see view balcony. “We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom. The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. In line with other reviews, there is a restaurant below and there was some noise from that. It bothered us sometimes more than others. The layout is as in the online pictures, so it was not a……

“This was a restorative 2 night stay helped by the kindness of the front desk, great breakfast buffet, clean/spacious room (with an incredible view of the bay), and terrific location at the heart of Carmel Center. ”

“The staff were very responsive and very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, with a small kitchenette , including a microwave, fridge, sink and electric kettle. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. We stayed in the "Guesthouse", which had a cute little courtyard right outside with patio seating and tables to enjoy tea or coffee in the morning. Don't forget to check out the rooftop at night for a nice view of the city lights. Overall, we had a great experience,……

“We were there 5-10 minutes and left. The first rooms they gave us smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. They second rooms were worse. The bathrooms were gross, outdated and falling apart. Rust on the fixtures, floors cracking everywhere. The pictures online were beautiful, absolutely nothing like reality. Mangers excuse was, "The truth is, this is a cheap hotel." ”
