"Laut der Buchungsbestätigung sollte ab 12.15 der Check-in möglich sein. Die Rezeption ist aber erst um 15.00 besetzt. Die Zentralheizung war abgestellt, stattdessen stand eine Elektroheizung mit gerade einmal 1500 Watt auf dem Tisch, da das Kabel zu kurz war, um sie auf den Boden zu stellen. Sie reichte bei weitem nicht aus, das Zimmer halbwegs auf Temperatur zu bringen. Die Tür wurde beim öffnen durch das Bett blockiert."

Problem chamber triplet réservé via ebooker: À notre arrivée à l’hôtel, nous avons constaté que les chambres réservées ne correspondaient pas à la description faite lors de la réservation. En effet, les chambres triples n’étaient pas réellement adaptées pour accueillir trois personnes comme indiqué. Heureusement, le personnel de l’hôtel a fait de son mieux pour arranger la situation afin que chaque membre de notre famille puisse disposer...

"It's more like a dorm than a hotel. The sheets were clean, but there was dust and lint in the bed frame and a bit of hair in the shower. "

"This is budget accommodation but gives you all the basics you need. Location is tricky, in an industrial area, so without car you may not want to stay here. Our own point of criticism is cleanliness. A real clean of the room seems to be too much to ask for, not sure how often the grubby carpet is being vacuumed, for example. Bring your flip flops then you are ok."
