「Better than I expected. I booked this SUPER cheap and that alone made me nervous. The host/property was awful at communicating via email. I was anxious when I arrived because of reviews I read about it being super dirty and broken. I was impressed with the size of the full sized kitchen. I thought it was going to be mini appliances. If you think about the price you pay for the quality of room…..it was tight quarters but perfect for me and my two boys, the pulls out sofa didn’t have extra sheets...

「Receiving the room number and check in codes was very difficult. I had to call several times to get the information emailed to me. The seating for outside was three plastic chairs for four people. The living room furniture was also lacking for the number of people. The kitchen was also lacking enough utensils. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice except for the high tubs making it difficult for two of the people to shower.」

「For many, this is very convenient. If you want to cook, make sure you buy dish soap (there’s none). You plus bring a roll of toilet paper if there’s more than you going. The staff is very helpful and on the way out the one personnel actually helped us out by taking our trash since we had our struggles with the cart and our pup was a bit scared. Other wise this place was perfect with the balcony facing the sea. Beautiful site. Wished they had a screen door cause it would have been fantastic to...

「Negatives: The ceiling paint is peeling and falling in a couple of rooms including the living area. The toilet paper felt like sandpaper. The cabinet underneath the sink was broken. The bathroom cabinet in the master bedroom is cracking and coming off the wall. There was 5 of us staying for 4 nights, and we were only supplied with 3 garbage bags. The dish detergent was ineffective. Positives: Walk out to the beach. Hot tubs inside and outside of the building. Pools inside and outside of...

「It was a great room and kitchen was fully stocked with basic appliances. Only thing is that it is pretty far from the center of Myrtle beach so plan accordingly.」
