“The cabin's setting among rolling pasture was so wildly picturesque. We woke up one morning to fields covered in light frost and it felt like a dream. The interior is perfectly updated to be clean and super functional while retaining a ton of country/cabin charm. Some of the most restful sleep I've ever gotten, with the only sound after dark being the occasional delightful clip-clop of a horse drawn buggy.Our host even went out of her way to help us with plans after our National Park cave tour……

“We absolutely loved staying at the Lily Pad cottage. Quiet..Peaceful..plenty for the kids and adults to do. Had a campfire every night. Relaxing and serene. Just what we needed to get away from the busy lives we all lead. Sunrise was Beautiful as well as the stars at night. Our host was amazing. Felt like Family. We will definitely be back. Loved it!!”

The house is clean, modestly furnished, and perfect for our trip. Our fellow family members rented homes next to us and across the street, so we enjoyed being close…but having our own space! I won’t take time to tell you about all the things to do near the home. I will just say you are extremely close to the national park and……

“If you move in and find a lot of bugs, I have a good method to get rid of them without having to do it by hand. You can catch the bugs in the trash can and flush them down the toilet. But it's difficult to flush the bug corpses out of the room's toilet.”
