「This is a truly unique destination - calm, beautifu, quiet. The staff were enormously friendly and helpful. The Inn is absolutely gorgeous! Our room had excellent views of the water and the sunrise/sunset. The campfire pit is beautiful and easy to manage, the nightly s'mores are a wonderful touch! 「They overbook It and promise give refund. But they don't give me back the money. And terrible service. So slow transfer us to another hotel at 1 am. The staff don't show any sorry！」

「This was a fantastic place to stay for our family when we were in Newport. The rooms were spacious, the 2-rooms were king size instead of queen or double, the parking is included, and there is a shuttle (Paul was a great driver and tour guide) that takes you into town by the wharf so you don’t have to find a lot. We’re so glad to have chosen this hotel over the ones in town.」

「Beautiful house, full of history. Great feeling knowing that one of our greatest Presidents once roamed the same hallways. The house is extremely well maintained. Bedroom very comfortable. Paul and Tracey go out of their way to truly make you feel at home. They are both welcoming and flexible. Breakfast to suit all tastes; fresh and delicious. 「Can't say enough about the property and it's management. Cleanest place I've ever been in. The room was quiet and the bed very comfy. Management was great---professional and very accommodating. Great variety of food for breakfast and snacks. Would definitely stay here again.」
