Magnificent Wimmera hotel. We are from out of town and booked a room online without previous visits or recommendations. Huge pub and still in great shape for its age. Grant and Renee were so hospitable and kept open till we had celebrated the passing of an old local legend. Thank you for a great stay at the Royal Hotel.

The bathroom would not pass a building inspection with black mould around the bath and the mirror. They did not inform us that the live music would be going on until 2:30 in the morning. Nor that our room was directly above the band in the beer garden. To make matters worse, the springs in the bed made it impossible to sleep. If you are going to have live music outside the room, then they should have warned us. Will never stay here again.
