"Front door was unlocked and open when entering property No hot water till the afternoon of the next day Did not have towels, bedsheets for all individuals indicated in reservations Unit was falsely advertised as it was under construction so the whole balcony was cut off - we couldn't access the balcony and we had workers walking in front of us so we had no privacy "
