"Spotless"

"We were very happy to find this hotel with Rio being such a busy place for the New Year's celebrations. We were welcomed to the hotel by an English speaking concierge, which was a BIG BONUS! Then, we were able to check in early which was another plus. Both rooms were clean and adequate. Plenty of hot water and the a/c was very cold. We highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely re-book on our return trip to beautiful Rio."

"Overall, the stay was fantastic. The room was clean, the staff was so kind, and in a safe area for the holiday. During my stay, I got very sick and was unable to enjoy the rest of my trip to Rio. However, the staff at Windsor Copa took incredible care of me. Their room service was outstanding and they even had an on-call doctor that comes to the hotel. This alleviated all of my stress as someone who was visiting and was unsure how to get treatment in another country. Every single staff member was fantastic. So kind and attentive. I can’t say enough amazing things about this property and would definitely stay here again. "

"I love everything about this hotel -- from the courteous, knowledgeable, friendly staff, to the rooftop bar and their restaurants! I didn't have an ocean view but it didn't matter. I just went to the top swimming pool, and/or walked out the front door. I will stay here always!"
