「My dog had the best time in the spacious surroundings. Food was very good and the staff were helpful. Had a fun time swimming in the pouring rain! Management should add a shower area near the pool to prevent people from entering just as is.」

「pathetic maintenance. Looks like they dont care and the management doesnt seem to bother. following were unacceptable conditions in the room.
1. The kettle was missing the spout and when i tried to pour hot water into the cup it spilled all over.
2. the hair blower was burnt out (i guess) as it was not working.
3. I wanted to ask the room service to replace and the phone was dead.
4. the safety lock was locked again I couldn't get to call to fix it.
