Cabin Rentals in Hot Springs County

"PROS: Clean room, comfortable bed, mini-fridge+microwave, friendly host, convenient to hot springs pools & state park, good value (at least our room). CONS: Property is still in process of being upgraded (example: our room had modern amenities, thermostat, and bathroom, but old chipped linoleum(?) flooring, and flimsy room door & lock. SUMMARY: Clearly a work in progress. But currently worth staying at if you can get a good price."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. It is the only hotel with an indoor pool, but the area was dirty and cluttered. The rooms were fairly clean but the finishings (i.e. tile flooring in bathroom) were poorly installed. Shelves where the safe is located were broken/sagging. The breakfast was ok, but again cleanliness brought concern. The syrup was “glued” to the tray it was sitting on."

"I couldn't get into the cabin. We arrived around midnight. The host had the deadbolt locked and doesn't live on the property anywhere. The code he provided to get in only unlocked the handle, not the deadbolt. I messaged the host several times, trying to get into the cabin, but got no response. We ended up having to stay in a hotel. VRBO was terrible to work with on this situation. Might be sticking to their competitor now. VRBO wouldn’t even accept or post my review until I took their competitor’s name out of this message."

"Loved the breakfast casserole! Most of the staff were excellent! We will miss the restaurant atmosphere We hope negotiations for the lease with the State of WY gets resolved soon! "

"Amazing place, beautiful and cozy space with gorgeous views! Great location, I hit the hot springs all morning, hiked all over in the afternoons and enjoyed cooking meals in the wonderful and well stocked kitchen with unbelievable views of the Big Horn River, Wedding of the Waters, and Wind River Canyon. Love the decks and outdoor space as well, very cool location that’s hard to beat. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend! "

"We had the best time at this home. It was perfect for our family, and a great way to get away from it all and just relax. The home was clean and was stocked with everything we could have imagined needing. The owner is friendly and quick to respond with any questions. We would 100% recommend this home to friends and will most definitely book again in the future!! "

"I can't be sure about the quality of the room because I never had a chance to see it. We arrived at 3:00 (check in time) and there was nobody at the front desk. I called the number on the door and was told that we needed to wait an hour because she was grocery shopping at the moment. I would have maybe been a little more understanding had I been spoken to kindly, but the woman's tone of voice was nothing but rude over the phone. We needed a place to stop halfway on our 12 hour drive home, but we opted to continue our drive rather than stay at this hotel. Honestly the area was kinda creepy so I'm glad we didn't end up staying. "
