This was within walking distance to downtown and venue of the film festival we were in Hot Springs to attend. Perfect location and on a very quiet street. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. The restaurants and the Hot Springs were all in walking distance. Great Location would definitely stay there again.

My family recently stayed here on our trip to Hot Springs. I loved that it was close to downtown, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The host checked in throughout the stay.

Hot Springs get away perfect location

Very clean and well stocked with almost everything you need plus some. The older home has some quirks but overall it was a very lovely stay. It was decorated very nicely as well. Fantastic location!

Everything was perfect ! The cottage is exactly as described, very comfortable with all the amenities. Very accessible location to food , shopping yet a great deal of privacy. Easy booking and check in. The host is excellent with communication and made us feel very welcome.Thank you for a lovely stay . Will definitely be back.

Lovely two bedroom two bathroom home in Hot Springs. It was walkable to the main drag and had a great front porch to sit and watch the deer in the mornings and evenings. Very clean and well equipped house. Very responsive owner/ manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and close

Property is as advertised. Comfortable, convenient to Central, and quaint. We counted seeing 3 to 5 deer in the neighborhood every day. As noted, the front steps are steep.

Quiet and Roomy

The property manager was very helpful and understanding when I asked to stay an extra day. The property has a fenced back yard, which was great for the dog. I was surprised though, to see that there was no grass...only pebbles, not a problem for the dog or me, just surprising. There is also a little patio with grill and seating. Since Central Avenue in Hot Springs is so noisy, the quiet of this property was very welcome.

Comfortable stay

Overall a good stay. Clean and everything we needed. I think the owner made it as nice as possible. The house is poorly constructed and leans. Doors will shut automatically whether you want them opened or not. The floor is nicely remodelled but put over a very uneven floor and sometimes walking on it you can tell the new boards sunk down. This did not affect our stay it is very nice and i think the owner did his best with what he was working with when remodeling. I recommend it.
