Welcome to Hot Springs High School Loft apartments! This beautiful 3 bed 2 full bath apartment comes fully furnished with everything you could want from a vacation rental. Enjoy amazing scenic views from the top floor of a 67,000 sq ft school building originally built in 1914. Relax in luxury and security with key fob access only to the building and 24/7 surveillance on the exterior of the building and interior hallways. Walking distance from the iconic bath house row and everything downtown Hot Springs has to offer as well as the farmers market just 1 block away every Saturday. So come and stay with us on your next trip to Hot Springs. A building that is operated and managed by the tenants, we are available 24/7 to help you with anything you may need from suggestions to the best local attractions to guided tours of this historic building. Fully handicap assessable, family and pet friendly :)

Epic Building in the heart of downtown
The high school building that houses this apartment is amazing and this might be the best place to stay in all of downtown!! It was such a cool experience.

Huge loft in a great location!
We really enjoyed the loft in the old Hot Springs High School. It's part of the old gym! The location was a short walk from the national park, bathouse row, and fun family attractions. Christopher was a great host. He met us when we pulled up and showed us to the loft. The only downside was a fire alarm that went off in the middle of the night on our first night there. Flashbacks of being in school. The on-duty staff and other residents assured us that it was an anomaly.
