We had a washer and dryer in the villa we stayed in which was behind the hotel in some condominiums as far as the hotel itself im not sure. There was pots and pan in the villa as well and a cooktop stove.

Booked in for 3 days for a total of about $450 for a Tues, Wed, and Thurs night. Went to front desk and checked in. Got on the elevator and up to my room to realize that I was not given a key to the room. Down I go back to lobby where they made my keys. I get into the room to realize there is no refrigerator, no microwave . Not even means to make coffee. The room had a jetted tub so I ran the water to let out some of the hot water. It did NOT drain. I tried to use the plunger but it did not workl So, I took my finger to see if maybe I could push the obstruction. Up I pulled to my amazement was a thick strand of BLACK hair about 12 inches long. I am in my 80s, so not hardly mine. One of the grossest things I have ever seen. The cold drink machine would not work.......I had to sign for a towel...when i checked in for my 3 day visit....I was given 1 bar of soap (the 2 inch x 3 inch) Nice ladies at the front desk but this visit worth $50. per night...............MAX The staff was nice enough---------but this place is worth maybe $50. per night.

I only have 3 minor issues. Every room we stayed in shower curtains were not cleaned properly. The couches need to be replaced. Last but not least all the TV's need to be smart TV's. At least let me sign in my accounts and watch my shows.. But my overall stay was very good. This is my 4th stay with Sunbay. We will be back. Love the view and the place is directly on the highway. They have Thick good towels. Its a good spot for children.

The room was clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a nice view of the lake. There was a Murphy bed and foldout sofa. The Murphy bed was adequate but fairly hard. We weee there for the Arkansas Derby so the town was very full and neighbors were very noisy. I still would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the koi pond was super cool. However, our room only had 2 pillows, a thin woven blanket, and a sheet. The bed was also very uncomfortable and squeaky. The room was mostly clean but the shower curtain did have spots of black mold on it. The view was pretty but I don’t really feel like the room was worth the price we paid for it. We will be staying somewhere else next time we come to hot springs.

We always enjoy this property when we stay here! The children love the swimming pool and sand play area. My husband enjoys fishing at the lake. And plus there are a lot of entertainment and food areas located in the area. The carpet had minor stains, but nothing we couldn’t get over. Especially since the place is a little older. Parking is great as long as you remember to put your parking tag in your window. We’ll definitely go back

For an establishment that calls itself a resort it was horrible. We showed up earlier than check in time to verify the reservation and when we showed up to check in we had to wait 20 minutes. They should have had our room ready. Additionally there were zero amenities in the room. Nothing in the bathroom for showering, and not even an ice bucket. No refrigerator, no microwave, and the hallway on the 3rd floor leaked as it rained. I would advise people to avoid this place and book elsewhere. Finally they offered no breakfast of any type.

The rom had no hot water. We were unable to bathe and were not maven to a room which enabled bathing. We are very disappointed and management should make an effort to contact us to make things right. There shouldn’t some sort of refund and or comp night stay.
