Immaculate, modern Hot Springs lake house

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake house. Everything was clean & upscale. The kitchen was nicely furnished. Sitting outside on the porch with a view of the lake was relaxing.

Great property!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellence of this property. It is located close to all of the great attractions in the area, and truly felt like home away from home. The views from 2 of the bedrooms facing the lake are amazing, and we enjoyed how clean everything was. The host was great in communicating with us, and even offered us early check in and late check out as the property was not booked before/after our stay. The gated community where the house is located is very clean, quiet, and safe and includes a golf course. Loved the house! We will definitely be back.

Great stay in Hot Springs Village

Rented this property for a short week of some golf and family time. The house was great - nice, super clean and very quiet. All-in-all I would come here again.

Wonderfully relaxing home on tranquil lake.

Charles provides a perfect venue for relaxing and getting away from city hassle. Nicely furnished with all the amenities appropriate.

Awesome weekend getaway!

We found the house to be clean and very spacious! The location can’t be beat. It’s on a very small and calm lake and perfect for swimming, floating and kayaking. We had a great time and will be returning!

Was beautiful place, pictures did not show how nice it is!

I got there couple hours early and was very thankful that we were able to get inside early. My next trip to hot springs I want to stay there again.

Thank you Charles for making our last trip before school amazing! The house was beautiful , the extra with games, perfect sitting area for adults and nice kitchen! Love a great gas stovetop! Would highly tecommend!

What a great spot. Luxurious and practical. Very relaxing for 4 of my guests for our annual Ryder Cup. Would love to come back next year! Perfect location, and great house! Owner was easy to work with, and very accommodating.

The home was beautiful with a very nicely stocked kitchen. It was well maintained and clean. The only issue we had was that the dishwasher did not work.

Beautiful lake front stay for 2 couples

The house and host exceeded our expectations in every way. The house is even more exquisite than the photos, from the minute you walk through the front door it feels like a retreat! The lake view provides a beautiful back-drop in every room, the thoughtful details and elegant decor are on-point. We especially appreciated the coffee bar set-up and well-stocked kitchen (everything we needed to cook several meals). Wish we could have stayed longer in this spacious, beautifully furnished home. If we could give it 6 stars, we would!

Wonderful

Such a beautiful and modernized home. And all the touches are ice and welcoming. The layout, the cozy furniture, coffee bar, large open main living area, large closets and bathrooms, beautiful back deck. There were even snacks sitting out when we rolled in weary from the road. Wonderful. I think Charles the owner has the spiritual gift of hospitality.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME "IN PEACE"

THIS was a last minute HAPPY 17 YEAR ANNIVERSARY GET AWAY! MR. Charles really looked out. House was beautiful and we only left to go get food. Very Beautiful views of the Lake. Felt the Peace of God all OVER! WE WILL BE BACK! THANK YOU!

Summer kickoff

The house is great. It’s directly on the lake with a swim pier. It’s very quiet even though there are other houses nearby. The host was very easy to reach and always responsive. The house had everything we needed. We did not have to buy paper towels, tissue, dishwasher and washer pods as a large supply was left for our use. There’s a well stocked coffee bar as well. I highly recommend the property. My family had a great stay!

Relaxing Getaway.

This is our second stay at this property and it did not disappoint. The house is beautiful and it has every amenity you could possible need. Charles responds to any messages quickly and is always accommodating. We enjoyed the many water activities available in the village. There are many local restaurants available if you choose to eat out. Hot Springs is only about a 15-20 minute drive. We enjoyed the Buckstaff, Axe throwing, and shopping in Hot Springs. This property is highly recommended.

Lovely Home with a gorgeous view!

This home was beautiful and extremely cleaned., and it was very welcoming. Everything you would need was there. The furnishings were beautiful, and the deck was wonderful. It was very comfortable and lots of room to visit with the family. We do wished that we would have been able to grill for our family. We came together honoring and remembering our parents for the day. This week would have been my Mother's 97th birthday. Thank you for allowing us to stay and we hope to return in the fall when it is not quite as HOT!

Great Getaway

We traveled to Hot Springs for a short getaway and was looking for a quiet, waterfront property to relax and enjoy family time. That's exactly what we got! Though there are many houses in Hot Springs Village, it is very quiet and relaxing. We had direct lake access to Lake Maria, the smallest of the lakes. Not much traffic on the lake. We were able to fish and picnic outside. The only thing I wish the property had was a fire pit outside, but it doesn't change my 5 star review. The property inside was beautiful with great additions such as games, coffee, snacks, and toiletries. Would definitely recommend!
