Clean comfortable queen size bed with kitchen, full bath, deck with barbeque grill. Mini-split with remote to keep you comfortable. Restaurants close by are Zacks Barbeque, Taco Hut, Black Cat Pizza, and HWY 133 BRGRS. Hunt on National Forests nearby, Grand Mesa, Gunnison, to name a few. Forty minutes from Black Canyon National Park where you can see the Painted Wall. Love fishing? Ten minutes from the Gunnison River Pleasure Park which boasts Wild Trout Waters and Gold Medal Waters.

The home was nestled into a beautiful country setting with horses grazing nearby and a beautiful view of the mountains. The place was very clean and had adequate kitchen equipment and supplies. It would have been nice to have access to a TV, since my husband and I are old school and do not carry a computer with us or use On Demand. We would stay here again!

They aren't lying when they say peaceful. It was great to be out here and enjoy the serenity. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Greg and Carmen made sure to heat the place up for us before arrival. Town is close enough to get everything you need. We will absolutely be back.

Cute little place that came complete with deer in the backyard. Wonderful setting and close to grocery store which was great because I prefer cooking when vacationing. Place was very clean and had ‘almost’ everything I needed. Could have used a good cutting knife, peeler and potato masher but we made it work. Owner communicated quickly and check-in was simple.

Newer property in a rural setting. Was close to our fishing and Hotchkiss. Quiet area. Deer often around the property. Could use a few minor things like something in the bathroom to put items on. No area around the sink for this. No body wash available. Kleenex box ran out of tissue. Couldn't find more, but maybe didn't see them?

Hotchkiss bliss

What a wonderful little place! Even though the outside is plain, the inside is comfortable and well equipped. Great space for two and great value for the money. The area is very quiet and the only neighbors we saw were the deer and a ground squirrel. Greg and Carmen added little amenities of food, coffee and regular supplies for anyone's stay. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!
