Luxury Lakeside/Trailside Living

Experience the Upper Peninsula in extreme luxury. Stunning views of the water and located trail side! This home is perfect for a group that wants to stay right in the Houghton/Hancock area. The town home is located in the Bayside Townhomes and is perfect for a quiet group that is looking for direct access to the snowmobile trails and waterfront property. Located only 3 miles from downtown Hancock and 5 miles from Walmart and other local grocery stores. There is even a boat launch on site! Please ask us before booking about bringing along pets, we ONLY accept small, non-shedding dogs in order to keep it clean for future guests.

MTU Family Retreat

The place is amazing. Very clean and spacious. Location to Houghton and the Keewenaw is perfect. We had five adults so the three bedrooms were perfect. Open kitchen/dining/living room space is perfect for being together. The outdoor patio and lawn on the water is wonderful. Loved the hot tub. This is a beautiful home! The lake view is stunning. Great for our adult family of 6 with plenty of extra room. Perfect location between Hancock and Dollar Bay. Kim was an excellent host and her response time to all communications was super fast.

Spacious and a great location

We stayed while moving our son into his MTU apartment. This property was very spacious, comfortable and in a great location. Quiet area. Fully stocked. It literally had everything we needed. We made use of the grill and patio and enjoyed the view of the canal. The owner was very responsive to questions. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.
