“Staff is friendly.”

“The hotel is so old, everything in the room just feel like back to 40 yrs ago. There still trash in the washroom when we got into the room. There was stain inside the toilet. Bedsheet was worn out. The photos from Expedia are far different from what we experienced. Staff is nice.”

“早餐豐富，選擇多。 員工態度親切。 房間清潔，但上下格床，下格床太窄。”

“Dishan is awesome and very helpfull. Is a cozy place , few minutes walk from Hounslow Central Station. There are a variety of places to dine .”

“This hostel is situated in the back yard of another motel and there is no sign post. I walked up and down the street several times before I finally got information from the neighboring hotel. The shower is not good. The water is either freezing cold or extremely hot. And I have difficulty finding my way out the next day. They should have clear signs showing the entrance. The room is alright though. ”

“Reasonable price, same as the picture. Toilet not good. Host is very polite but i struggle to get hold of the keys which i eventually did. The apartment is very clean and tidy and i got everything i needed to cook. It's okay actually”
