8/10 Good

"King bed room was clean and bed was comfortable. The lobby was clean although the hallways smelled a bit of weed, but thankfully the room didn’t. The breakfast was as expected for the hotel chain, a bottle of water in the vending machine was only $1. Not a luxurious place but for the price in Winona it was good. I would recommend if you just need a clean decent room."

"The hotel is in need of some upkeep. The room I stayed in had an air conditioner that was so loud. It sounded like it was falling apart. When I checked out, I told them about this and they said oh yeah it’s getting fixed today. But they still put me in the room, knowing that the air condition was problematic. Also, I could hear every little noise coming from the room above me both nights that I stayed. Not necessarily the hotels fault, but not very good noise damping. Otherwise, it was not too bad considering the price"

"Unfortunately we’ve stayed here many times. This time was not like the previous. There was something very sticky all over the bathroom floor so needed shoes whenever we used the bathroom. Beds were very uncomfortable and most def needing the mattresses replaced and we had some cold evenings while there and couldn’t get the heat to work. They did bring us a space heater the last evening and it did help. Just unfortunate for the nightly rate is expensive there. Just disappointed this time as we’ve never encountered issues previously. Well prob pick another hotel in the future as we’re there often where we visit family."
