Adorable Mobile Home!
I will start off by saying it is in a mobile trailer park. Which was not listed on the ad at all and should be disclosed. The neighborhood wasn’t terrible but definitely harder to navigate. We had trouble finding the house at first. But we contacted the owner and he answered back very quickly.
The cleanliness of the house was AMAZING except the bathrooms. The toilet in the master bedroom was dirty and had pee on the seat. There was also long hairs on the floor. There was only hand soap in the kitchen and no dishwashing soap. But they did provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower or under the sink.
The kitchen has pots, pans, silverware, bowls, plates, small cups, utensils, but no dish washer or dishwashing soap and sponges. The kitchen also does not have an oven just a stovetop. But the stovetop is very clean and pretty! I know it is not in the description to provide food but since there were sugar and flour jars, as well as, oil and vinegar bottles I was expecting them to be filled up but they were all empty. I went to make coffee and realized there weren’t coffee filters or sugar.
The living room was adorable! But I didn’t like how the tv was attached to a wall that wasn’t easily visible from the couches. We had to reposition the couches a bit in order to watch TV. I also didn’t like how the washer and dryer were in the living room and were very loud. I also found a roach in the washer which was SCARY!
The porch was my favorite part! I got to sit outside in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet.
